Four things you will never see on your profile
Fake or purchased reviews
We never write, buy or trade for reviews. Your reviews come from your customers, and the Growth plan simply makes it easy to ask real ones.
Review incentives or gating
No rewards for five stars, no screening unhappy customers away from Google. Both break Google’s rules and put the profile at risk.
Keyword-stuffed business names
Your profile name is your real business name. Adding cities or services to it is against Google’s guidelines and can get a profile suspended.
Promises about rankings or AI answers
We promise the work and report it monthly. Nobody can promise where Google, ChatGPT or any other tool will place you, so we don’t.

Do you need my Google password?
No, never. You add Lolo Growth as a manager on your Google Business Profile, a standard Google feature you can revoke anytime, and we work from our own login. You keep every password you already have.
What's the difference between the Local plan and the Listings Cleanup?
The Listings Cleanup is a one-time $300 fix: every listing audited, corrected, de-duplicated and built. The Local plan is the monthly upkeep that follows it: listings synced and locked with drift monitoring, an active Google Business Profile, review monitoring and a monthly snapshot. The Cleanup is required before the Local plan so the plan starts from correct listings.
Can you get my business into Google's AI answers?
Nobody can promise that, and we don't. Do I need a website from you to use the Local plan?
