Every listing correct, once. Then kept that way.
Your business is listed in dozens of places you never signed up for. We audit all of them, fix the wrong ones, close the duplicates and build the missing ones, then hand you a before-and-after report. The listings are yours to keep.
Audit, fix, de-dupe, build
One pass across the primary platforms, the data aggregators and the top directories, done by hand by our team, with a report you can read in two minutes.
Audit
We find every listing for your business: Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook and Yelp, the data aggregators that feed GPS and voice apps, and the top directories for your trade and area, including the ones you never created.
Fix
Name, address, phone, website, hours and categories are corrected to one master record, so every listing says the same thing your Google Business Profile and website say.
De-dupe
Duplicate listings get claimed and closed: the second Google profile from a previous owner, the Yelp page with the old phone number, the directory entry that spells your name wrong.
Build
Missing listings get created where customers actually look, claimed under your business, with your photos and the same facts everywhere.
- Before-and-after report: every listing we found, what was wrong, what it says now.
- The listings are yours to keep, claimed under your business, in your own accounts.
- Works with any website, whether we built it or not.
Wrong listings cost customers quietly
Wrong hours and duplicates send people away
A customer who drives to a closed door doesn’t come back. A duplicate listing splits your reviews, shows an old phone number and makes it unclear which one is really you.
Directories re-scrape old data
Fix one listing and the aggregators that feed GPS and voice apps can push the old number back out months later. The fix has to reach the source, not just the surface.
Google accepts edits from strangers
Anyone can “suggest an edit” on your Google Business Profile, and some changes go live without you noticing. Clean listings need someone watching them.
Each AI tool reads its own sources. Google’s AI answers are built on normal Google Search ranking, and in BrightLocal’s August 2026 test they cited the Google Business Profile for about 94% of businesses. ChatGPT’s 2026 local answers leaned mostly on Yelp. Apple Maps credits Foursquare and Localeze. Nobody can promise you a spot in any of those answers; what a cleanup does is make sure the listing each one reads says the right thing.

Listings Cleanup
Audit, fix, de-dupe and build your listings across Google, Apple, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, the data aggregators and top directories. Before-and-after report. Per location. Included with Business and Custom builds.
- Included with the Business ($1,000) and Custom (from $2,500) website builds.
- Required before the Local or Growth monthly plan, so the plan starts from correct listings.
- No contract. Nothing recurring unless you add a plan.
Cleaned once, then kept correct and locked
Listings don’t need a monthly refresh; they need to stay right. We never sell a monthly citation refresh. The Local plan ($175/mo) keeps your listings synced and locked with drift monitoring, so a new phone number or holiday hours go everywhere at once and we catch it when a directory drifts back. It also keeps your Google Business Profile active and watches your reviews.
Listings Cleanup questions, answered plainly
Which sites does the Listings Cleanup cover?
The primary platforms — Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook and Yelp — plus the data aggregators that feed GPS and voice apps, and the top directories for your trade and area. You get a before-and-after report listing every one we touched.
Do I keep the listings if I stop working with you?
Yes. Every listing we claim, fix or build is set up under your business, and your Google and Apple profiles are your own accounts. The listings are yours to keep; there is nothing to hand back.
Why not just fix my listings every month?
Because accuracy is what matters, not how often a listing is touched. Listings need to be cleaned once, then kept correct and locked: directories re-scrape old data and Google accepts edits from strangers, so the risk is drift, not staleness. That is what the Local plan does. We never sell a monthly citation refresh.
Does the free Local Trust Scan check my listings?
No. The free scan checks only your Google Business Profile and your website. Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing and duplicate listings are checked by hand as part of the Listings Cleanup.
Is the Cleanup included with a website build?
It is included with the Business ($1,000) and Custom (from $2,500) builds. With the Launch build or a website we didn't build, it is $300 one-time per location. A Cleanup is required before the Local or Growth monthly plan.
See where you stand first, free.
The Local Trust Scan grades your Google Business Profile and your website A to F in about a minute. Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing and duplicate listings are checked by hand in the cleanup.
